I haven’t heard of it! I only used protein powder one time. If I were to keep using it, which I might get into soon, i would use plant fusion protein powder. It’s a healthy, good one. Also I found out recently about chia seeds, coconut oil, and flax seeds. Chia seeds are going to go into my juices, smoothies and anything else I find it to put in. Look into all of that. Start juicing too, very good for you. And cardio 30 minutes 3 days a week is all you need if you do that. Blah blah blah:)
Awh thank you :) I used to do cardio a few times a week but since I canceled my LA Fitness membership I haven’t. I only do power yoga a few times a week now and eat as healthy as I can. I really do miss cardio though.
